Q&A: God, Jesus, and Faith

Throughout the history of the church, Christians have used catechisms - collections of questions and answers designed for memorization and recitation - to teach others the core beliefs of the faith. The New City Catechism is a modern-day resource that does just that.  There are 52 questions and as many sermons teaching through the questions.  

You can find a question that interests you and listen to the teaching on it, or work your way through it from beginning to end.  Either way, we hope it is a blessing to you.

There are three sections to the New City Catechism described below.  Each section has a group of questions and answers.  There is a corresponding sermon for each question.

Section 1:  God, Creation, Fall, and Law - Questions 1-20
Section 2:  Christ, Redemption, Grace - Questions 21-35
Section 3:  Holy Spirit, Restoration, Growing in Grace - Questions 36-52
